Delete your account

Enter the email address on your HelpHive account below. We will email you a secure, one-time link. Opening that link lets you confirm deletion by typing DELETE. Deletion happens immediately once confirmed and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, address, saved children and availability
Your messages and notification history
Your saved payment method, and your membership is cancelled

What is kept

Bookings you shared with another member stay on their account, with your name replaced by “Deleted user”. Payment and invoice records are retained by our payment processor where tax law requires it. Neither can be used to identify you.
